Victor Yalom, PhD, Founder & CEO. In addition to scouting out new video talent and creating cartoons for Psychotherapy.net, Victor maintains a very part-time psychotherapy practice.  More info on him, his paintings, hand-carved wooden spoons and bowls, and sculpture at SFpsychologist.com. He has been featured on a webinar with TherapySites as well as The Theory of Change Podcast.

Marie-Helene Yalom, Chief Operating Officer.  With a PhD in physics from University of Paris VI and an MBA from Northwestern University, Marie-Helene has over 20 years experience in corporate strategy, marketing and project management, primarily in technology related industries. She is using her diverse background to serve as COO for Psychotherapy.net—which in a small business such as ours means she has her hands in many pots, including advertising, art direction, website development, and production of videos.

John Welch, Video Producer. John first became interested in video production at the impressionable age of 10, making films with his friends mostly about action figures killing one another. Later John became schooled in film production and abandoned his childhood roots in the Midwest for Los Angeles. He did video editing and post-production for a wide variety of clients: Sony Pictures, Disney Interactive, Fine Living Network, BET and Warner Bros. Records to name a few. LA, as it turns out, isn't for everyone, including, but not limited to, John. He now lives the secluded life of a hermit in the penthouse suite of the Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco, sleeping little and creating videos for Psychotherapy.net. His pet puma is named Windsor.

Jill Brown, MS, Director of Sales/Professional Liaison. Jill is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Professional Clinical Counselor in California. She has over 12 years experience working with adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents in clinic-based and school-based settings. Jill helped to expand and administer an adolescent suicide and mental wellness screening program (formerly known as TeenScreen) throughout Marin County. As the Director of Sales and Professional Liaison, she has the opportunity to work directly with customers, utilize her knowledge and skills in counseling and psychotherapy, and pull from her varied background in technology, website development, project management, marketing, and sales.

Shelley Goodman, Art Director.
Shelley is our resident "can do" woman! From graphic design, art direction and customer service to dabbling in video editing and animation, Shelley keeps us sane and looking good. She is also a cyclist and spin instructor and enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors, and knitting sweaters for her chihuahua, Mia (see below.)

Mia, Head of Security.
Mia was rescued from the streets of Tijuana where (we assume) she was working as an enforcer for a local cartel. Now in the Bay Area, she strikes fear in the hearts of the deliverymen and ne'er-do-wells of Marin County. While not patrolling the Psychotherapy.net campus, she can be found chasing her tail and reluctantly modeling knitwear.

Greg Arnold, MA, LMHCA, Account Manager. Greg resides in Bellingham, WA, so he’s basically Canadian. He holds an MA in Counseling Psychology, is completing his doctoral degree, and puts the wisdom he's gained from hours of watching Psychotherapy.net videos to use providing couples, individuals, and families, with person-centered, humanistic psychotherapy in Bellingham. As Account Manager at Psychotherapy.net, Greg helps universities and community mental health organizations integrate the inspiring work of our expert therapists-on-video into the training and professional development of students and career professionals alike.

Margo Bradley, Operations Manager. You may find yourself fabricating customer service questions to get a chance to speak with our terribly charming Margo. Born and raised in Omagh (silent “gh”), Northern Ireland, she studied law “abroad” in England before moving with her family to the States 10 years ago. Margo brings a wealth of business acumen from her years working with top notch corporations, and in addition to keeping the staff wildlings of psychotherapy.net on task, she also is responsible for building business partnerships. Known for her “secretary circa 1970s” aesthetic, in her free time Margo likes to hang out with her teenage children (while they still let her), go to gigs, hike and explore vintage clothing stores.

Genevieve Baglio, MA, Account Manager. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Genevieve received her BM in vocal performance at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. She went on to study at the Boston Conservatory of Music, and received her MM in vocal performance from Western Washington University. Genevieve currently lives in Washington with her husband (see Greg, above) and much loved gaggle of pets.

Lawrence 'Larry' Rubin, Editor. Larry is a Florida-based psychologist and mental health counselor who is on the clinical faculties of St. Thomas University and the University of Massachusetts-Boston. He specializes in the assessment and treatment of children, teens and their families. Larry recently joined our team as editor, and when not working, likes to stare wistfully into the setting sun in the mountains of North Carolina with his wife, Randi and their Chiweenie Lilly

Dylan Druch, Director of Non-Profit/Government Sales. Dylan was born and raised, and resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Dylan has worked in various strategic sales roles for the last 10 years, before joining Psychotherapy.net in January 2019. Dylan focuses on growing our customer footprint within community mental health organizations across the country. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and coaching for his son, Carson’s sports teams, golfing, and cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers.

Justine Reese, Content Manager. Justine joined Psychotherapy.net in 2018 and edits the written content for the site, as well as helping with various site-wide projects. She brings many years of experience in editing and producing online editorial products at The New York Times website, CBS Interactive and other media websites. In her spare time she hangs out with her kids and family and makes ceramics, cooks and reads.

Caden McNamara, Office Administrator. Caden has not received a PhD in Physics from the University of Paris VI, but is currently attending College of Marin and plans on taking an intro physics course "at some point." When he's not doing essential office admin tasks or petting the head of security, Caden's main challenge is finding something productive to work on. From revitalizing old projects that had fallen to the wayside, to implementing new shipping procedures Caden is always busy with finding some new task to work on with the team.
